Electronic communications may include email, text messages, notifications through our website or mobile app, and documents available through your online account.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for IntegraCredit's Services, you must meet the following requirements:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state, whichever is higher)
- Residency: You must be a legal resident of the United States and reside in a state where IntegraCredit operates
- Bank Account: You must have an active checking account in your name
- Income: You must have a verifiable source of income
- Email & Phone: You must have a valid email address and phone number
- Social Security Number: You must have a valid Social Security Number for identity verification
States of Operation
IntegraCredit currently offers services in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Wisconsin.
Availability of services, loan amounts, and terms may vary by state due to varying state regulations. Not all products are available in all states.
3. Description of Services
We provide online personal lending services, including but not limited to:
- Personal Loans: Installment loans with fixed monthly payments, ranging from $500 to $3,000
- Lines of Credit: Revolving credit products that allow you to borrow, repay, and borrow again up to your approved credit limit
- Quick Loans: Fast-funded personal loans with expedited processing for urgent financial needs
Service Availability
We strive to make our Services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend or restrict availability for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
No Guarantee of Approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee loan approval. All applications are subject to our credit review process, verification procedures, and approval criteria. We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. When creating your account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Security Warning: Never share your password or account credentials with anyone. We will never ask for your full password via email, phone, or text message.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
5. Loan Terms & Conditions
If your loan application is approved, you will receive a separate Loan Agreement that outlines the specific terms of your loan, including:
- Principal amount borrowed
- Annual Percentage Rate (APR)
- Finance charges and fees
- Repayment schedule and due dates
- Total amount to be repaid
- Late payment penalties
- Prepayment rights and policies
APR Range
Our Annual Percentage Rates typically range from 99% to 399%, depending on your state of residence, creditworthiness, loan amount, and loan term. The specific APR for your loan will be disclosed in your Loan Agreement before you sign.
Loan Agreement
Your Loan Agreement is a separate, legally binding contract that governs the specific terms of your loan. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and your Loan Agreement, the Loan Agreement shall control with respect to your loan.
Review Carefully: Please review your Loan Agreement carefully before signing. Make sure you understand all terms, including the total cost of the loan and your payment obligations.
6. Payment Terms
By accepting a loan from us, you agree to the following payment terms:
Payment Methods
Payments are typically made through ACH (Automated Clearing House) debits from your linked bank account. You authorize IntegraCredit to initiate electronic debits from your account on scheduled payment dates.
Payment Schedule
Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in your Loan Agreement. Most loans require bi-weekly or monthly payments aligned with your pay schedule.
Late Payments
If a payment is not received by the due date, late fees may apply as specified in your Loan Agreement. Late payments may also be reported to credit bureaus and could negatively impact your credit score.
Returned Payments
If a payment is returned due to insufficient funds, a closed account, or other reasons, you may be charged a returned payment fee. Multiple returned payments may result in acceleration of your loan balance.
Prepayment
You may prepay your loan in full or make additional principal payments at any time without penalty. There are no prepayment fees. Early payoff may reduce the total interest paid over the life of the loan.
7. Privacy & Data
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Information We Collect
To process your application and service your account, we collect personal information including your name, address, Social Security Number, employment information, income details, and banking information.
Credit Reporting
By submitting a loan application, you authorize IntegraCredit to obtain consumer reports from credit bureaus to evaluate your creditworthiness. We may report your payment history to credit bureaus, which may affect your credit score.
Communication Consent
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us regarding your account, application status, payment reminders, and marketing messages. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website and mobile applications, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials ("Content"), is the property of IntegraCredit or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Modify, copy, or distribute our Content
- Use our trademarks without written permission
- Reverse engineer or extract source code from our software
- Create derivative works based on our Content
- Use automated tools to access or scrape our Services

"IntegraCredit" and our logo are trademarks of IntegraCredit. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- Our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Any defects will be corrected
- Our Services or servers are free of viruses or harmful components
- The results of using our Services will meet your expectations

IntegraCredit is not a financial advisor. Our Services are not intended as financial advice. You should carefully consider your financial situation and consult with a financial professional before taking out any loan.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTEGRACREDIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IntegraCredit, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of our Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Any content you submit or transmit through our Services
- Any false or misleading information you provide
13. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
Arbitration Agreement
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and IntegraCredit agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court.
Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be held in the state where you reside or another mutually agreed location.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, and you waive your right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action.
Exceptions
Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the court's jurisdiction.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify you of material changes through email or a notice on our website.
Your continued use of our Services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should stop using our Services.

15. Termination

- Providing false information
- At your request
Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. However, termination does not affect your obligation to repay any outstanding loan balance or any other obligations that, by their nature, should survive termination.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer service team. Account closure does not eliminate your obligation to repay any outstanding balance.
